El número diecisiete del Anuario de estudios bolivianos, archivísticos y bibliográficos del Archivo y Biblioteca Nacionales de Bolivia, se representa a su público en la inclusión de algunos textos referenciales, perceptibles a simple vista en cada página y en reverso de la contraportada, resultantes de la exigencias demandadas para su indexación en Latindex. Con esta determinación se certifica formalmente a su benévolos colaboradores, que sus artículos fueron, son y serán difundidos en una publicación que cumple con todos los requisitos académicos requeridos internacionalmente para publicaciones análogas. Es un paso más en su debida cualifización.
Hasta el presente, hemos mantenido la estructura original del Anuario, que comprende tres partes, a saber: la de trabajos historiográficos (abierta, a veces, a disciplinas circunstancialmente auxiliares de la historia), la de archivísticos y la de bibliográficos, vinculados al país. Asimismo, en general, se han respetado los criterios para la selección de los articulistas, invitando a participar en la publicación: a) a aquéllos estudiosos que durante el año hubieran concurrido a la institución para realizar sus investigaciones, b) a los que hubieran participado en años anteriores en la misma, c) a los que se distinguieran por sus aportes en alguno de los tres campos del Anuario, aún sin cumplir con los requisitos señalados anteriormente.

The number seventeen of the Bolivian, archival and bibliographic studies Yearbook of the Bolivian National Archive and Library, represents its audience in the inclusion of some referential texts, visible to the naked eye on each page and on the back of the back cover, resulting from the demanded demands for its indexation in Latindex. With this determination, it is formally certified to its benevolent collaborators, that their articles were, are and will be disseminated in a publication that complies with all the academic requirements required internationally for analogous publications. It is a step in its proper qualification.
Up to the present, we have maintained the original structure of the Yearbook, which comprises three parts, namely: historiographical works (open, sometimes, to incidentally auxiliary disciplines of history), archival and bibliographical works, linked to the country . Likewise, in general, the criteria for the selection of the authors have been respected, inviting to participate in the publication: a) those scholars who during the year had attended the institution to carry out their research, b) those who had participated in previous years in the same, c) those who distinguished themselves by their contributions in any of the three fields of the Yearbook, even without complying with the requirements indicated above.
